НДПИ
Налог, взимаемый с юридических лиц, добывающих и реализующих природные ресурсы; объектом обложения являются обороты по реализации добытых природных ресурсов. Ставки колеблются в зависимости от вида полезных ископаемых. Плательщик НДПИ подлежит постановке на учет по месту нахождения участка недр, предоставленных плательщику в пользование. Стоимость добытого полезного ископаемого. определяется как произведение стоимости единицы ископаемого сырья на количество его добычи. Для ряда видов полезных ископаемых установлены адвалорные налоговые ставки (в процентах).
